Freelance Graphic Designer

Since my last year of college, I have been serving local non-profits, as well as for-profit clients in the Las Vegas Valley, Southern California, and beyond. I love to help create beautiful and impactful projects.

2/2023 - 6/2023

Graphic Designer - FASTSIGNS, Vista

Daily tasks included design, proofing, mock-ups, project management, customer communication (updating, informing on substrates and materials, resolving issues, etc.), print prep with installation and function in mind, Scheduling installations, etc. I have better understood print prep, materials and substrate options, installation processes, running large format printers, and so much more.

2014 - 2021

Graphic Artist - The Crossing, a Christian Church

Starting as an Intern, then becoming a full time in-house designer, I absolutely loved my time at The Crossing. I honed my skills in cohesive design and strong branding while creating designs for anything from a screen or printed graphic, to building and monument signs. Working out a project from concept to completion allowed me to coordinate  and communicate with team members, staff, printers/vendors, and facilities teams to make the vision a reality.

2007 - 2014

Food Server - Chili's Bar and Grill

It may seem odd for me to add this, but working as a server helped me sharpen the skills of listening, asking good questions, and customer service in general. It has always been important to me to really hear what people want and need.
